Aussie Stoked operates without user registration and limits data
collection to what is strictly necessary:
- No personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or dates of birth are required to
access gameplay.
- No billing, payment, or financial details are collected or processed.
- Game sessions rely on virtual credits only, and individual play results are not linked to
identifiable users.
Automatically Collected Data
To maintain site stability and review performance, limited technical
information is logged automatically:
- Technical Details: Browser version, device category, approximate location
within Australia (city or region level), and access timestamps.
- Usage Metrics: Combined statistics such as page visits, navigation flows,
and general game usage trends.
- All such information is processed in an aggregated and non-identifiable
format.
User Rights and Data Removal
As gameplay does not require personal data, there are no user
accounts stored on the platform. If you have contacted us directly, you may request removal of
that correspondence.
Submitting a deletion request: Please email support@aussiestoked.com from the same
address previously used and include "Data Removal Request" in the subject line. Valid requests
are reviewed and completed within 12 business days.
System log files that do not contain personal identifiers are
routinely cleared after 75 days as part of standard operational procedures.
External Service Providers
A limited number of external services support platform functionality:
- Analytics Services: Used solely for reviewing overall site performance.
- Hosting Providers: Secure infrastructure supporting website availability.
- All providers operate under contractual data protection obligations and may not repurpose
information.
